How much does a Studiotools setup cost?
Based on our experience per meeting room: Small rooms start at around €4,000 for a basic setup. Medium-sized rooms start at around €10,000 and large rooms typically start from around €15,000.
Of course, it always depends on the exact setup – how many whiteboards you need, whether standing tables or monitor solutions are included, and what your specific requirements are.
→ The easiest way: Use our configurator or get in touch with us directly.
We'll figure out together what works best for you – and send you a tailored offer.

Project and tender pricing for architects and planners
If you are an architect, planner or designer and you register your project with us during the early planning stage (when adjustments are still possible), we can offer a best price guarantee or a most-favored-nation agreement — ensuring you get the best possible terms for later procurement. Please reach out early. Once a project is fully planned and potentially published as a tender, our flexibility is more limited.

Delivery & Assembly
Important upon delivery
Please ensure the space at the point of use is accessible at the time of delivery. Check the products immediately upon receipt. If packaging or products appear damaged, please note this on the delivery slip before signing and contact us. Only then will the carrier's insurance cover any transport damages. If anything goes wrong, contact us immediately.
Shipping methods
Most of our products require two-man freight delivery, delivered directly to the point of use (e.g. the room where the products will be used). For larger orders, packaging removal and on-site assembly can be added upon request.

Fixed date and express delivery
Scheduled delivery is possible for larger shipments if we know early enough. We currently don’t offer standard express delivery. The fastest option is pickup from our central warehouse in Weil am Rhein (Germany) — if you have your own transporter and can manage customs yourself. We need 1–3 days' notice to prepare and schedule the pickup.
Alternatively: a dedicated delivery (special trip for your order only). This is very expensive and only possible if our logistics partner has capacity.
Can I assemble Studiotools products myself?
Most products are delivered fully assembled — or can be ordered with on-site assembly. If you prefer DIY, that works too: Assembly guides are available under Downloads on our website. The only exception is the Wall Rail — we cannot offer installation due to liability risks (e.g. hitting hidden wires).
Where can I find 3D data?
We will soon publish 3D data on this website. Until then, you can find them on pCon.
How sustainable is Studiotools?
We focus on sustainable materials and circular principles right from the design phase.
Our full sustainability statement is available under Downloads.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — our minimum 2-year warranty covers everything, including castors and mechanical parts. We stand by the quality and durability of our products and design them for intensive use. Warranty-related services are free of charge. Full warranty terms available here.
Where is your production?
We produce with a network of independent manufacturers, mostly family-run businesses. About 2/3 of production takes place in Germany. The rest is split between Switzerland, Italy, Denmark and Poland. Nearly all raw materials come from Europe. Only parts that cannot be sourced in Europe (e.g. custom neodymium magnets for our clips) come from Asia.
Questions about specific products?
You’ll find most answers on the respective product pages (under SPECS) or in the User Manual (Downloads). If not — just reach out.
Can I rent Studiotools?
Short-term rental is not available. Long-term rental or leasing (2–5 years) is possible for orders over EUR 10k. Note: Furniture rental is always more expensive than buying. It involves additional costs such as return logistics and manual refurbishment.
Can I order products just to try them and return them afterwards?
We handle returns, cancellations, and withdrawals under the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) – basically the gold standard for B2B business. It gives buyers a strong set of rights and protections. What it doesn’t include are “trial orders” with the option to return afterwards – and we don’t offer those either.
Why not? Because we’ve had too much abuse in the past. Our products were ordered for one-off events, workshops, offsite strategy sessions, temporary setups, or whatnot – and then returned. We’ve heard all kinds of stories over the years – and in almost all cases, it turned out there was never any real intent to buy. From the very beginning, the plan was just to “borrow” our products for a few days and send them back. That’s not what we’re here for – and it’s not fair to anyone.
Why is this a problem? Because it creates massive costs. Sometimes more than the actual value of the product. We deliver with two-person logistics teams, and every return involves manual work – inspection, cleaning, repackaging – all done 100% by hand. And to make things worse: in the best-case scenario, we can only resell the returned items at a steep discount – as B-stock. And the costs? They don’t fall on those who caused them – they end up affecting everyone. Including you!
If you’re unsure, if something’s unclear, or if you just want to see the products in person, get in touch or book a visit to our showroom. We’re happy to help!
